WHAT IS GLAMOUR IN A BOXTM Glamour in a BoxTM is a design service which offers clients do-it-yourself custom-designed spaces for a reasonable price.

 

WHO IS GLAMOUR IN A BOXTM FOR?  Glamour in a BoxTM is for prospective clients who don't really want or need Thirty-One Services' full range of services. Some may want to address only one or two rooms in their house; others may have a limited budget; still others may want to do their own purchasing based on a design master plan for their rooms.  This service allows you to be actively involved in the process without the full service design fee. 

 

WHERE DO GLAMOUR IN A BOXTM CLIENTS LIVE?  Glamour in a BoxTM clients live almost anywhere in the country. Most correspondence is done via email and on-line. Design resources are accessible locally or on-line.

 

HOW DO YOU GET TO KNOW EACH CLIENT?  The more information a potential client sends us, the more we get to know their needs, tastes, and challenges for their room. In addition to measurements of the space and a completed questionnaire, we welcome tear sheets from magazines and the internet, photos of other rooms in your home, swatches of fabrics and colors you love.

 

HOW MUCH COMMUNICATION IS THERE BETWEEN YOU AND THE CLIENT DURING THE DESIGN PROCESS?  Once we receive the materials you send us, we want to completely understand the function and design goals of your project before we begin work, so communication is key. During the design process we will communicate with you on an as-needed basis.

 

WHEN SHOULD I SUBMIT PAYMENT?  At the beginning of the process.  We cannot begin work on your room(s) until we have received payment in full.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY DESIGN?  A typical Glamour in a BoxTM project takes four (4) to six (6) weeks to complete. If you have ordered multiple rooms, we will need a couple of extra weeks to complete the projects.  We do our best to finish every design in a timely manner; however, we never want to rush a design.

 

IF I HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT MY GLAMOUR IN A BOXTM DESIGN AFTER I  HAVE RECEIVED IT WILL SOMEONE ASSIST ME?  If you have questions about your design, please let us know.  We want you to be happy. Sometimes clients want additional help with shopping and purchasing.  We will be happy to help you through this part of the process.

 

WHAT IS GLAMOUR IN A BOXTM EXTRA?   Many clients want to make their box more custom by adding "trade only" fabrics and furniture pieces to their design plan.  We will happily accommodate this request. Trade Only items are billed at net price plus 25% commission and purchasing is done through the Thirty-One Services office.
